1.) A screenshot of the redirect / pop up.
2.) The URL of the page you were on when the bad ad occurred.
3.) The device type you are using. I.E. Iphone, Android, Macbook, PC laptop, Samsung Galaxy s4, etc..
4.) The operating system that you are using. I.E. Windows 10, 8, Vista, OSX, Linux, Jellybean, etc..
5.) Exact date / time / timezone.
6.) IP address of user experiencing.
Any additional information you may have is always helpful.
In the meantime, after researching the increase of mobile redirects served to our publisher community, we identified four partners implicated in reports from Charles Proxy and The Media Trust for serving redirects over the past week. Given our zero tolerance policy for these types of ads we’ve completely disabled those partners’ ability to serve ads to mobile devices until they confirm the problematic campaigns have been completely deactivated.
We are dedicated to stomping out these bad forms of ads from our network. Thank you to those who notified us to eradicate this issue.
